Our Personal Concierge Services Include:
- Primary Residence, Vacation home, Cottage or Condo monitoring
- CCT can have your home ready prior to arrival with Heat or A/C on, water systems turned on and close down of your residence after departure.
- House sitting - including security checks, lighting and severe weather inspection
- Supervision of project work/maintenance; contractors utilized can be your own, or we can provide from our preferred vendor listings. Examples include: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, furnace, A/C and many other resources including delivery services.
- Grocery, dry cleaning, mail/newspaper pick-up
- Housekeeping services
- Indoor/Outdoor plant and landscape services
