Who has access to my residence?

Only qualified people that are ok'd by home owner prior to entry.

What if my home alarm system is going off?

CCT can be designated as the first responder contact for your security company or can support a relative, friend or neighbor in the determination of alarm event. If police or rescue is sent we can supply access to your home and assist in evaluating any necessary action to complete the process and reset your alarm.

How do you invoice for work completed?

We have found through customer feedback that once per month invoicing works out the best and is usually sent via email as a PDF attachment.

What if I choose to stay at my residence in the summer for multiple weeks?

CCT will work with you to determine your home care needs during your stay and invoicing will be prorated depending on your length of time at your home and project work requested by home owner.

How do we ensure communications on our Property or Home Contractor project updates?

CCT will work with your contractor to ensure home access and lock up is completed timely and safely. Email and digital pictures are tools used to communicate updates and time-line completions. We also can supply you with a quote for service work required utilizing our preferred contractor team too!
